Halo Campaign Skulls 3D Model

Here's a little love for an underappreciated but iconic character, the Half Life 2 Combine Elites!

This ready-to-print helmet comes in multiple parts:
-The main helmet
-An eyepiece for resin printing
-An eyepiece for vacuuforming
-Ear pieces, which can either glue straight on to the helmet or screw on with the ear piece cap
-Respirator
-Sewing patterns (UV unwrap) for the fabric section

The model does not contain the fabric texture on the helmet (because no one wants to sand that). Therefore, it's designed so that you can glue the fabric on, in which the edges tuck away into crevices. Included with these files is a UV unwrap of the section, which can be turned into a sewing pattern by adding seam allowance (instructions on patterns). Don't forget the random strip of Velcro on the back of the helmet!

The ear pieces can be stuck straight on to the helmet, or you can glue and insert the ear piece caps into the ear pieces, which gives you the option to screw it into the sides of the helmet. Likewise, the respirator can be screwed into the helmet, or glued straight in. Both pieces require M5 screws, or similar.

Two versions of the eye piece have been included; one for if you are resin printing, and the other for vacuumforming. The eyepieces can be glued straight into the helmet, with surface area for attachment.

Scaling this helmet might be a little awkward, as it's not exactly “nose-friendly”. You may want to chuck it into 3D software with a 3D model of your head to compare it, in software such as Blender (free) or Armorsmith.

Please note this helmet has not been test printed/sewn yet, but has been checked in slicing software.
